01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 33cv platform, including all games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support services made available at https://33cv.app and any associated subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33cv ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By accessing the Platform in any way — including by browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

33cv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes materially affect your rights, 33cv will endeavour to notify active players via the registered email address on file.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 33cv. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 33cv Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 33cv strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction across all services. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim a bonus under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person in connection with your 33cv account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or director of 33cv or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the 33cv Platform or any affiliated platform.

Age Verification

33cv employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires age verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Acceptable identity documents for age verification include a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and submitted as clear photographs or scanned copies via the account verification portal.

33cv reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during the player's use of the Platform — including at registration, before processing a deposit, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. A player whose identity has not been verified may have their withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.

Jurisdiction Responsibility

03 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 33cv services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 33cv Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus winnings accrued across those accounts will be forfeited. Genuine deposits may be refunded at 33cv's sole discretion after investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 33cv immediately at [email protected]. 33cv will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such notification. 33cv is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials or delayed reporting the compromise.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, email address, or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to payment processing or the suspension of your account pending verification.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

33cv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the Platform.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 33cv Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 33cv directly, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 33cv wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to be reflected in your account balance.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 33cv reserves the right to hold the deposit pending investigation and to return the funds to the originating account. Deposits made in violation of this rule may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within a target window of 15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days. 33cv does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering standards.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money balance (net of bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• 33cv reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawal requests.

Currency

All transactions on the 33cv Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed in Taka. 33cv does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, the conversion to BDT is handled by your provider and 33cv is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by the provider.

General Bonus Conditions

33cv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The 33cv welcome bonus — currently a 150% match up to ৳20,000 plus 100 free spins on a qualifying first deposit — is available to new players who have not previously held a 33cv account. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the stated minimum deposit threshold for the offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. 06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Certified Game Outcomes

Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rule set for that sport and competition. 33cv reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Winnings from voided bets are not paid; stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum Win Limits

33cv applies a maximum win cap per single game round or single bet event. The applicable maximum win limit is displayed within the game or bet interface at the time of play. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum win cap will be paid only up to the cap amount. This applies to all game categories including slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 33cv Platform you agree to act in good faith at all times and to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity, email address, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you have been made aware of that prohibition.
• Attempting to defraud 33cv or any other player through collusion, the use of exploits, bugs, or software vulnerabilities, or through any form of cheating in multi-player games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer or conceal funds of unlawful origin.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 33cv staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary components of the Platform.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing with your 33cv account or account credentials without the express written consent of 33cv.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 33cv account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 33cv will process the request within 1 business day. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the original payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be cancelled and not paid out.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, your finances, or your relationships — please visit the Responsible Gaming page or inform the support team of the reason. Suspension or Closure by 33cv

33cv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Detection of a duplicate account.
• Account access from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• At the direction of a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed by 33cv due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, 33cv's decision to cease operations in a particular market), the player's real-money balance will be returned in full via the original payment method.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account, whether by the player or by 33cv, all access to Platform services is revoked. Any pending bets or game rounds that are in progress at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome where technically possible, or stakes will be returned where settlement is not possible. 33cv retains transaction records and account data for the periods required by applicable data retention and anti-money laundering regulations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33cv's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 33cv is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising. Nothing in these Terms limits 33cv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33cv holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described above shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
